Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, December 1, 2011. Following a tempestuous season of outdoor Festivals worldwide, the Berger Group and Mega-Stage have mandated their designers and engineers to deliver the strongest and safest mobile stages for temporary installations.

The newly engineered MK4 stage made its premier on September 22, 2011 for Evenko and their free concert
of Arcade Fire at the Quartier des Spectacles in downtown Montreal. The MK4 is not only the biggest outdoor
mobile stage in the world but it is also the most wind resistant. The MK4 is effectively 225% more wind
resistant than all previous stages. The stage can withstand 120 km/h (80 mph) with the wind walls in place
and 160 km/h (100 mph) without wind walls to exceed the new temporary building code standards for the
greater Montreal region. This stage has been certified by 2 independent engineering firms.

As well the Mega-Stages 55x50x40 have also benefited from the same engineering modifications to withstand
the equivalent wind resistances as the MK4 to exceed the industry standards.

Based on consultations with our partners and our clients, The Berger Group and Mega-Stage have revised and
improved our Operating Emergency Plans.

The Berger Group and Mega-Stage have worked closely with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (Québec
Building Board) to insure that all changes will maintain the security of our stage installations. Our goal is to
see out-dated temporary structure regulations improved to meet ongoing climate challenges.

The Berger Group and Mega-Stage will maintain its research and development concerning its patented wind
management system for temporary structures.

Festival d'été de Québec, the Ottawa Bluesfest, Just For Laughs, the Country Music Festival in Barrie, the
